INSTAVET NEW CLIENT $30 CREDIT PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE INSTAVET NEW CLIENT CREDIT PROMOTION: The InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion will run for any visit for any first time InstaVet client booked by the client on or after July 22, 2023, and attended by client and client’s pet at the InstaVet clinic in LIC from July 22, 2023 until October 15, 2023.

Appointments at the InstaVet clinic must be booked on InstaVet’s website to be eligible for the New Client Promotion.  Clients may only redeem the InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion once within the promotional period.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to any first time InstaVet client, 18 years of age and older as of July 22, 2023, except for employees of InstaVet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible new client who books a visit on or after July 22, 2023, and attends a visit with client’s pet at any InstaVet clinic from July 22, 2023 until October 15, 2023 will receive a $30 credit for this first visit at the InstaVet Credit Clinic only that can be applied to any services, including your pet’s first physical exam or any diagnostics, treatments or vaccinations from this first visit.  This $30 credit will be issued by the InstaVet LIC clinic only.  The InstaVet Credit cannot be applied to any of client’s future visits and the offer is only valid toward a client’s first visit.  For the avoidance of doubt, the final bill for a visit using The InstaVet Credit may not be less than $0 (i.e., in no event shall any cash equivalent be issued to the client if the client’s bill is less than $30), and any difference in value between the final bill and the remaining InstaVet Credit amount will be forfeited if not used during the new InstaVet client’s first visit.

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By booking and attending any appointment with InstaVet as part of the InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion, client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the InstaVet, which shall be final in all matters.   This offer cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash or used to purchase InstaVet swag. Clients who cancel and reschedule appointments with InstaVet will be subject to the InstaVet cancellation policy.  Terms are subject to change, and the offer is subject to end at any time without notice.  There is no substitution or transfer of promotional items permitted by any client. InstaVet reserves the right to substitute a promotional item of equal or greater value.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By booking and attending any appointment with InstaVet as part of the InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional item. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO CLIENT.

6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Client agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this InstaVet  New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Client further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this InstaVet New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York
