Instavet is an absolute lifesaver. My pet passed away at midnight a few days before Christmas, and I spoke to Sharif (not sure of spelling) on the phone. He was so kind and polite. Then to my surprise, the employee Quentin aka Q, drove down to my house shortly thereafter to retrieve my beloved Yorkie. He treated my family and me with such dignity, grace, and respect. I will never forget the compassion that he showed.
I took my 1 year old pitty/dobie to Instavet, and I am so happy I did! The vet explained everything concerning my dog, and wasn’t money hungry! The staff was so sweet with my furbaby and even played ball with her. She even got toys to take home. I will definitely be going back for regular vet visits! Thank you!!!!
Took my cat here for a semi-urgent visit when our routine vet did not have another opening for several days. I called InstaVet, and they were able to get me an appointment within a few hours. The care at InstaVet was friendly, efficient, clean, and with good adherence to COVID protocols. The vet spoke with me by phone at length during the appointment, outlined the cost of all services before proceeding with each test. Overall, would strongly recommend if you are in need of urgent veterinary services in the area!
Love this place! I lost my cat recently, and I can honestly say they made the process very easy. I was giving options over the phone and made my decisions for cremation, then the young lady took my info and told me to come in when I can.
Literally the best vet experience I’ve had! They are so sweet, gentle, and genuinely care. They answer every question you could have and are extremely helpful. They take the time to explain everything and don’t rush you out. They have reasonable prices and honestly outshine vets that charge twice as much. 10/10 will recommend to every pet owner I know.
Such a special and caring group of professionals! We were all treated with respect, and kindness by the entire staff and our puppy’s needs were the first priority! I recently moved out of the area but will travel to go there again!
Had a visit a few days ago, and the service was amazing. Had my senior pets seen, and Dr. Klain and his team were very kind, compassionate, and didn’t try to oversell anything. Will be back!
